  • Paola Martínez Fiterre is a Cuban artist who became passionate about photography in 2009. Paola is an International Center of Photography alumni who recently graduated this past June of 2019 from the Creative Practices Program. Fiterre was awarded the Director’s Scholarship. She was also recently awarded the ICP New Media Grant, which allows her to develop her graduation project. Paola also is a student at the University of Arts (ISA) in the Visual Art department in Habana, Cuba. 
    Paola’s work was selected for the 2018 New York Portfolio Review sponsored by the New York Times and the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism. She was also recently awarded the ICP New Media Grant. Her work has been exhibited in several Galleries including the First Street Gallery in Chelsea, and Plaxall Gallery in Long Island City. Also, her work has been displayed in Cities like Havana, San Francisco, Bordeaux, Geneva and Mexico City.
