Part of the Chromatics series, this work originates from a sketchbook of visual puzzles rooted in pareidolia. Each composition begins with abstract marks, "solved" through arbitrary rules to invite viewer interpretation. These two-dimensional drawings are translated into the third dimension by reconstructing forms using hand-shaped, painted thermoplastic. While the sculptures appear as flat lines when viewed frontally, they reveal complex dimensionality from other angles. This shift challenges the idea that any truth can be fully understood from a single, fixed perspective, transforming flat sketches into interactive, sculptural objects that reward movement and observation.
