Pen + Brush's In Print No. 5 with guest editor Novella Ford, is a clarion call for anyone who has experienced a shift in their persona, creative practice, principles, and/or actions. Inspired by "I Am," the seventh episode of the HBO series, Lovecraft Country, created by Misha Green, this issue of In Print focuses on Hippolyta's question: "How can I fit everything that I am now, into this place?" Some works in this literary and visual magazine provide an answer to this question. Other works continue to question and push against the limited perceptions of what constitutes identity.
