My work explores the body as both image and territory‚ mutilated, consumed, and objectified within systems of overproduction and control. Through collage, installation, and photo-based practices, I collect and re-signify historical and contemporary images and symbols to question how we see, embody and represent ourselves. I imagine new social bodies unbound by gender, ideology, or institutional power, while tracing the silenced, shadowed spaces of the feminine, the queer, and the displaced. My practice is a memento mori and a resistance poem‚ a memorial for what has been consumed, and a reminder of what refuses to disappear.
