One of a series, Dressing Room IV describes the intimacy of gazing in a mirror, the choices in presenting to the outside on one's own terms, and that dear opportunity for self care and self definition. In a space defined by the hanging drapes of a fitting room, five figures in various stages of adornment consider their images regardless of the viewer's stare. The series celebrates the freedom afforded by clothing, regardless of gender, race and provenance, it blurs those lines in flamboyant acts of choice in an ‚I'll be what I choose to be.
