This painting depicts my inner feelings. Due to my limited understanding of the outside world, I began to feel confused about the culture of the country I live in. I started to be involuntarily represented by other voices, blindly following the guidance of mainstream media. Gradually, I began to lose my own voice. In this painting, I have included myself - like all the other figures, I am influenced by mainstream media and the public, going with the flow, unable to express my own thoughts. All the figures blindly stare ahead, their mouths sealed with tape, unable to speak.
