Join us for Pen + Brush's annual fundraising event Spring Fling!

Support our work at our biggest fundraising event of the year!

Pen + Brush is a 131-year-old not-for-profit in New York City fighting for gender equity in contemporary art and literature. We provide a platform and a community that showcases the work of women, non-binary and female-identified transgender artists and writers to a broader audience. We are motivated by a mission to give work of talent and substance a chance to be seen and fostered outside of trends, market pressure, and perpetuated systematic biases. Our exhibitions, publications, and professional pipeline incubates, remediates, and launches some of the most authentic and inspiring creators of our time.

Experience an unforgettable evening of art, flavor, and performance—gather in the elegant B&B Italia Lounge for connection and conversation, savor exquisite lite bites from Aqua New York, indulge in wine and decadent desserts from Nonna Dora, and be moved by a powerful site-specific performance by Anindita Dutta and a soulful live set by Joya Bravo.

✨ Special Performance by Anindita Dutta

Dive into the world of creativity as Anindita Dutta takes the stage with her captivating 14 foot tall, 13 foot wide wet clay site specific performance.

🎶 Musical Set by Joya Bravo

As the night progresses, allow the dynamic music Joya Bravo to transport you. Her music is a stunning mix of emotion and rhythm. Bravo has previously performed at P+B in The Return.

And finally: Experience the B&B Italia Lounge—

An elegant, intimate, site-specific installation in our lower gallery. Thoughtfully designed, this space reflects a shared commitment to art, culture, and meaningful dialogue, offering a moment of connection and inspiration during this celebratory occasion.
