ART TALKS is an on-going program at Pen + Brush that aims to breakdown some of the obstacles between the general public and offer direct access to art and artists. As such, these free discussions are informal and encourage dialogue between artists and attendees. Modeled after art world staples like 'artist talks' and 'artist/curator talks', ART TALKS frame the roles of both the artist and curator and endeavor to give an introductory baseline that allows first-time viewers to connect to an artist or exhibition alongside seasoned collectors.

Pen + Brush curator and associate curator will layout Pen + Brush's behind-the-scenes process and discuss the display, as well as, importance of works featured.
